小弟想向各位大虾请教一下，去外企工作的话都要求满足什么条件啊？？

我在一个日资企业做软件测试，一般都需要英文或者日文写case。。。

If you want to work in the foreign enterprise as the test engineer, the most important requirement is the fluent oral english and written english. All the documents including Feature List, System Specification, etc.. as the input of your test are maken out in English.

Additional: communication skills. Sometimes you have to fight with other teams (i.e. developer team).

so we have to improve our English on listening, writing ,speaking, reading.
with this purpose, we must add oil.

I have been worked in an US company for more than 2 years as a test engineer. I don't thin there is any difficult in working in english. So don't hesitate come on!
