This mission takes place in company new competency center for Energy & Utility: the Beijing Technology and Project Center (BTPC). The mission of this center is to offer technical automation solutions in the energy sector from the nuclear domain to the Oil and Gas on the whole value chain from exploration production to the transport and distribution.
The database analyst will integrate our new team in charge of developing new functions for a Real Time System product dedicated to a major client in the Oil&Gas industry.
This position requires staying at least 2 months in France to be trained before joining our Beijing office.
Requirements:
Technical skills:
- Excellent skills in database modelling
- Proficient in SQL
- Previous work experience and expertise on Microsoft SQL Server, especial on SQL Server 2008
- Good understanding of the .Net platform
- Proficient in both object oriented language C++ and C# on programming with SQL Server
- COM Development experience using C++ or C# is a plus
- SCADA or real time software work experience is a plus
Organisational requirements:
- Good redaction skills
- Is pragmatic, organised and has a strong sense of team work
- Previous experience on an international project is a plus
Languages:

Job Purpose
The primary role of the Business Development Manager (BDM) will be to plan, manage and execute account strategies to ensure maximum penetration of our solutions across the payment industry. The BDM will spearhead the account strategy working with local sales teams to identify and develop opportunities to grow new business in the Greater China region.
Dimensions
Based in Beijin, this role will work very closely with solution marketing, pre-sales and account management team. Principal Accountabilities
– To develop and manage strategies associated with growing a payment line of business
– Lead generation - to identify projects and communicate to pre-sales to qualify and develop the opportunity
– To develop relationships with key organisations in the sector and manage client expectations
– To develop requirements for marketing/messaging and clearly capture and work with the Product Strategy organisation to prioritise development requests in support of the nuclear power industry
– To communicate status, plans and campaigns regarding all aspects of payment business development to China and Asia Pacific and feed input into the strategy group.
– To support road shows, seminars, users groups and regional initiatives to grow the payment business
– To provide activity reports that should be tied to our CRM tools (as available)
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
• You will possess significant experience in a business development or highly complex solution selling role serving the credit card and payment sector and/or e-commerce ( B2B, B2C) industry.
• You will be a self-starter, able to work on your own initiative to develop client engagements from lead generation, pitch, consultancy and alignment through to handover to local account management and close.
• You will be skilled and experienced operating at a senior level within our target client base, aligning client business needs with technology solutions.
• You will have strong client management skills and be a confident negotiator
• You will have sound commercial and analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities and refine business plans and account plans to exploit such opportunities.

The integration engineer will join company new competency center for Energy & Utility: the Beijing Technology and Project Center (BTPC). The mission of this center is to offer technical automation solutions in the energy sector (Nuclear, Oil and Gas, water…) on the whole value chain from exploration production to the transport and distribution.
The integration engineer will integrate our new highly qualified and dynamic R&D team in charge of developing additional functions and maintaining existing ones for a Real Time System products delivered in a long term partnership with a major player in the Oil&Gas industry.
This position is located in our partner office in Tsinghua science park.
In this team, you will take in charge all the integration activities of the various components of the system based on .Net framework and Silverlight:
• Integration test (auto/manual)
• 1st level analysis of the defect, debugging and troubleshooting to identify which part of the application is failing.
• Versions management
• Baseline build and verification
• System installation (Windows 2003/2008, Sql 2008 R2)
This position includes an initial on-the-job training in our excellence center for IT solutions for Energy in France for a period of 1 to 3 months.
This position may requires business trips to the US.
Requirements:
Technical skills:

o At least 3 years experience in a developer or integration engineer.
o Previous experience as a developer in one or several Object oriented language (Java/C#/C++/Python…)
o At least 6 months working experience in C# and ASP.Net
