本着简单、实用的原则，为项目组制定的缺陷管理流程：
-Open : The defect is in the initial 'Open' state,ready for the assignee to start work on it
-Fixing: The defect has been accepted and is goingto resolve.
-Resolved : A Resolution has been identified orimplemented, and this defect is awaiting verification by the reporter or tester
-Closed : This defect has been closed. The issueand its field can no longer be edited. In order to make changes, the defectneeds to be reopened
-Cancel: The defect has been rejected and is notgoing to be resolved
-Defer: The defect has been deferred to be fixed ina future release
