Education, special experience or skills required:
Master Degree in Engineering or Quality Engineering.
5 years relevant working experience on mobile phone design, or process and quality management. CMM/CMMI, ISO9000, and 6 Sigma experience are preferred.
Telecommunication industry. Fluent oral and written skills in English and Mandarin, and ability to document and present information in comprehensive and clear ways. Good team player.

Requirements:
1. Excellent working knowledge and experience in the programming Languages C, C++.
2. Good working knowledge and experience in the field of embedded software development

4. Knowledge of GSM / GPRS / UMTS / CDMA and WAP / SMS / EMS / MMS is appreciated
5. Knowledge about Clearcase/ClearQuest is appreciated.

1.Graphics: 2 people

Final review and approve Factory Kit Preparation that are to be produced and shipped to customers.

• Good communication skill, good English and Mandarin and excellent teamwork spirit.
