Job summary
As an automation Software Engineer, this person will create framework with our current team members on Selenium platform, create test scripts based on the test cases accordingly, perform software testing (both manual testing and auto testing) on company's base products and customized system integrations, and work on different documents based on the process.
Summary of essential job functions
• Develop framework code and test scripts code
• Design or develop new testing tools, introduce and impart new testing skill and technology
• Sum up auto testing experience, and share with team members
• Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, procedure or test data for every stage or module basing on the project testing outline and testing plan.
• Review testing reports, ensure the quality of the project match the quality objectives.
• Collaborate with field staff or customers to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend possible solutions.
• Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.
Requirements
• Over 2 years working experience in Selenium.
• Good oral and written communications in English;
• Familiar with the applications based on Oracle DB and Power Builder/Java/.Net
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience in developing test plans, test strategies, and test cases are required
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, hard work attitude and responsible
