Software Testing:
1. Familiar with the writing of testing document, including with testing plan，testing scheme，testing case，testing daily report，testing report and defect report for UT，IT，ST.
2. Master the method of designing test case, such as Equivalence Class, boundary value and so on.
3. Master the method of software testing including static testing，dynamic testing.
4. Familiar with the process and method of requirement management, tracking defect, configuration management, peer review. Be able to review SRS, HLD, LLD, CODE and other relative testing documents.
5. Familiar with the testing method of function testing, Performance testing, GUI testing base on B/S or C/S.
6. Familiar with software testing life-cycle, software quality model and the system of CMM.
7. Familiar with the common tools:
Automatic test tools: TCL、CppUnit、Robot、QTP，LoadRunner；
Configuration Management tools: VSS,CVS;
Defect management tools: QC
Other related skill:
1. Operation System: Familiar with Windows and Linux. Master the basic operation command of Linux.
2. Programming Language: Familiar with C and be able to write the drive function and stub function with C.
3. Database: Familiar with SQL Server database、SQL Language and database Transaction.
4. Web Knowledge: Familiar with OSI and TCP/IP model.

Project description: Counter V1.0 implement the function of stating code line, comment line, blank line and total line for file of .c and .cpp
Testing tools: TCL & CppUnit
Responsibility description:
1. SRS、HLD、LLD Review；
2. Designing system test plan and test cases; Executing system test cases; Submitting test daily report, defects report, test report;
3. Designing and Executing integration test cases; Creation and set up of test data; Compile test scripts; Executing integration test cases with TCL.
4. Designing unit test and test cases; Executing unit test cases with automation tools by TCL and CppUnit.
