Testing Manager:

·    Good leadership

·    Familiar with white-box testing

·    Must be committed to deliver products of the highest quality;

·    Should be proficient in coding in C++/C#, XML, ASP.NET and .NET Frameworks. Experience with SQL Server, IIS, SOAP, and Windows Server 2003 is a plus;

·    Familiar with Microsoft products like Windows, Office, VS.NET, MS Project, MS SQL, IIS and etc;

·    Experience in .NET development is preferred.
.    Excellent both written/oral  English

你这个要求是很高的：
首先这是个测试经理职位，要求良好的领导能力。
其次要熟悉白盒测试，精通C++/C#, XML, ASP.NET 和 .NET Frameworks，有SQL Server, IIS, SOAP的经验，熟悉Windows Server 2003，熟悉微软产品。
最后要求有极好的英语写作和表达能力，有.net开发经验者优先。

这个很难挖到的吧，如果找到，工资也会要求很高的哦！

对的，要求是很高的，不过现在只要招个leader就可以了
