1. Work with projects to facilitate and drive quality initiative across the organization.
2. Provide leadership & support to multiple projects to ensure continuous process improvement.
3. Implement quality management system on CMMI Level 5 for the entire organization.
4. Increase customer satisfaction by providing quality consulting service to the various delivery teams.
5. Train and supervise employees in quality management activities.
6. Coordinate and perform internal and external audits.
7. Coordinate, follow up and implement corrective and preventive actions.
8. Communicate customer concerns and requirements to appropriate personnel. Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
9. Track software defects and issues and mentor projects to perform DP, Risk Analysis or SPC analysis as required
QUALIFICATIONS
1. At least 3 years work experience
2. At least 1-2 year work experience on QA/QC, with special focus on CMMI or 6sigma.
3. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
4. Quality/PM certifications preferred
5. Attitude to learn fast and implement the same
