项目介绍：SugarCRM是一款主要致力于客户管理的应用软件，通过对Sugar的使用能够使企业更高效的组织、变更、维持他们的客户的各类信息，推动企业的销售业绩改进客户的满意度。整个软件基本贯穿于企业的售前（市场营销）、售中（销售自动化）、售后（客户服务）等整个业务流程，提升用户的客户及相应的业务管理。
项目环境：LAMP(linux+apache+mysql+php)
项目工具：配置管理工具SVN，缺陷管理工具JIRA
职责描述：项目小组组长并协助配置管理人员搭建测试环境
1，进行需求分析（无需求说明规格书），根据需求制定详细的项目测试计划。
2，组织和协调各个小组成员的工作，制定详细的测试的进度。
3，协调小组资源，确定测试环境和项目工具，制定测试方案。
4，督导组员的工作进度，规范小组的测试用例的设计。
5，制定预测试方案，保证组员在规定时间内完成测试执行。

直营发展事业部稽核    督导市场活动执行流程，稽核、检查各分公司实际市场活动情况，收集各分公司的活动反馈信息，分析销售数据，控制、跟踪分公司账款回收进度，定期协助大区经理组织分公司会议，报告各分公司实际销售及运作状况。

Introduction: Sugar_CRM is a Customer Relationship Management application software.Through the use of Sugar ，company can make  the information which is from the customers more and more effectively ，and can promote sales of company to improve customer satisfaction.
