- Define and guide the product test process, collaborate effectively with program management and dev teams to skillfully execute on milestones, deliverables in the timely manner
- Work closely with the global CSD team (we have major operations in the US, India and China) to drive synergy and appropriate integration and efforts to deliver innovative global engineering
- Employ strong people leadership and product test skills to drive the creation of world-class CSD China Team in Shanghai
- Contribute to local customer and partner engagements in concert with BG’s customer/partner initiative in order to expand our product influence in the global stage
