The kick-off meeting is optional and is usually organized for the following reasons.
The inspection is to be carried by peronnel who have no experience with this technique.
if the product is complex it is very helpful if the author of the products gives an introduction.

首次会议是非强制性的，一般会由于以下一些原因组织首次会议：
当由一个完全不懂这项技术的人对这个项目进行检视的时候。
如果产品十分复杂，那么产品的设计者对产品进行介绍是很有帮助的。
如果检视的过程发生变化，首次会议对参与者是很有帮助的。
