 项目描述：Counter V1.0实现对指定.C文件进行代码/注释/空/总行的统计功能。
 责任描述： SRS，HLD，LLD文档的评审；系统测试计划的指定，测试用例的设计与执行；提交测试日报、缺陷报告、系统测试报告；设计继承测试用例并编写TCL脚本，利用VC开发环境搭建集成测试执行的自动化框架，以数据驱动的方式执行测试用例；设计单元测试用例并使用CppUnit搭建测试环境执行测试用例

 掌握软件生命周期各个阶段，熟悉软件的开发过程，熟悉瀑布模型，螺旋模型等常见的软件开发模型；
 掌握CMM（I）理论，了解ISO9000中对软件开发及软件质量的要求；
 掌握软件测试过程，熟悉各个测试阶段在整个开发流程中的切入点和所起到的作用。熟悉测试各个阶段的任务和目的，熟悉V&V模型；
 掌握白盒、黑盒、灰盒测试等软件测试方法理论；
 掌握软件同行评审、需求管理、缺陷跟踪、配置管理等测试管理相关理论；
测试实践：
 能够利用等价类、边界值、正交分析法等的测试用例设计方法编写单元、集成、系统测试用例；
 能够利用常见的代码检测工具进行代码检测；
 能够使用TCL、CPPUNIT等工具实现单元测试的自动化执行；
 能够使用QTP, LD, Robot等工具进行相关的功能性能测试。
 熟悉性能测试的方法和过程；
其他技能：
 编程语言：掌握C，C++语言，编程思路良好，逻辑思维能力极强；
 操作系统：熟悉操作系统的基础知识，熟悉Linux（RH）系统；
 数据库：熟悉T-SQL语言，熟悉SQL-server 2000数据库；
