本人2011年毕业，做了半年的软件实施，感觉不大合适，面试了一家外企，做软件测试，他们部门总监已经明确要录用我了，说是培训后先分到一个ui做功能测试，在珠海月薪5k（我是测试新人，才毕业半年，也没做过软件测试，自学了一点点），以下是人力资源发的信，还会不会出现意外？

在此很高兴通知你我们对你面试中的表现比较满意，有意向对你进行录用！

According to our hiring process, we need to submit all the related documents to our headquarter for final approval before sending out the official offer.
根据我司的录用流程,需要把你的相关资料报总部(美国)审批后我们才能下达正式的录用通知书.

Would you please provide the contact information to us for reference check.
在此,麻烦您提供您目前所在公司的人力资源部负责人或直接上司的联系电话，以便我们完成背景调查工作.

Please kindly be noted that this is NOT an official offer yet, and the official offer letter will be sent to you once we receive the final approval from our headquarter.
请注意,这封邮件并不是正式的聘用通知书.你只有收到我们书面的正式聘用书后(official offer),才可视为被我司正式录用!

请问有审批不通过的可能么，背景调查会公司说我坏话怎么办。

意思就是如果你的简历上相关信息是真实的，你就没问题了，但有虚假就不一定了
