Knowing full well about the software testing design and writing standardized test case, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing and System Testing.
Familiar with the software testing based on the frame of B/S and C/S such as the functional testing, performance testing and so on.
Mastering the software testing skills about writing test plan, test alternatives, test report and so on..
Mastering the software testing process and methods about Peer Review, defect management, configuration management and Demand management.
Mastering the methods about writing software requirement specification,high level design and low level design.
Familiar with the commonly used tools such as QTP, QC, TCL,CppUnit,VSS and CVS.

Work out test cases according to SRS by the methods of boundary value, equivalence class and so on.; Writing Daily tests, Defects Report and Tests Reports.
Intergration testing:
Compile TCl script to build the test environmental in doing integration testing.
Unit testing:
Using Cppunit in doing unit testing. Write test report and bug report after testing.

Using automate testing tool QTP to capture the script of test execution at first time and do the regression test with this script.
