1)Leading pattern reduce project of NB,DT,TV aircraft type on line.While keeping the examining rate, reduce each slice of panel inspection time,make can produce to improve by 87pcs each line ,release 4 operators of human resources each line daily,amounts to 22 production lines.
2) Use QC Plato's tactics to count the first five bad erroneous judgement states that need to demote the products, assessment and improve the bad return that need to demote the products and test the procedure and feedback the mechanism, reduce judging rate by accident from 31% to 8.5% monthly.
3) Monitor and deal with abnormal state in real time on line,analyze the rootcause and feedback Cell, PCB,IC,POL,B/L relevant department or manufacturer,require it to provide the solution in due day and track the improves state correspondingly.
4) Apply to issue production line NB , DT , TV aircraft type ISO picture test file from Document Control Group, and update corresponding ISO picture test file immediately according to the change of customer's demand.
