6 熟悉软件测试计划、测试方案、测试日报、缺陷报告的写作要点和方法；
7 掌握了软件同行评审、需求管理、配置管理、缺陷管理和正规检视的相关知识；
8 能够使用工具Ratioanl Robot、QTP、MI LoadRunner和常用的配置管理工具CVS；了解测试工具CppUnit、TCL、Rational Purify,覆盖率工具Rational PureCoverage。
