Responsibilities:
• Define and implement product quality standards.
• Contribute to test frameworks to improve the product against quality goals.
• Diagnose and debug issues in a mission critical, high performance and large scale production environment.
• Establish and innovate engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with researchers, program managers, product designers, and interns in an open, creative environment.
Qualifications:
• BS degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or related majors
• 1-2 years experience in Software Development
• Familiarity with software testing skills
• Knowledge in test architecture, design, and implementation
• Demonstrated coding skills in Java or other programming languages
• Strong knowledge of computer science including data structures and algorithms
• Independent, energetic, highly technical, and capable of driving for results under pressure and ambiguity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Chinese Mandarin proficiency is required.
