Role & Responsibilities
• Responsible for design, development and test execution activities associated with
industry standard Software Quality Assurance (SQA) processes.
• Accountable for ensuring Dell’s software products meet or exceed specified
standards and end-user requirements.
• Plans the labor, schedules and environment(s) required for validating software
programs and solutions. Determines the appropriate quality initiatives to implement
during each phase of the software development life cycle.
• Documents and works to resolve discovered software defects.
• Reports progress on software performance test resolution; assesses risk associated
with performance and makes go/no-go recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree of computer science or relevant discipline (or equivalent work
experience).
• 5+ years of experience in a software Quality Assurance or Development.
environment, strong understanding of performance test methodologies.
• Good experience in performance test, load test and response time tes.
• Good Knowledge of Window and Linux/Unix, and familiar with configuration and
usage of virtual environments (VMware or Hyper-V, etc.)
• Fluency in written English is also required.
