i do not like the incorrect process and less doc system when you test a software.
You will even not know the user logic when you test the system. even the function is "OK" in develop phase.
but not meet the user real requirment. So many patches. I dislike it.
6 What is quality assurance?
build a process theory to optimized our devlop action and test action.
7 What is the difference between QA and testing?
testing just finding bug.
QA can find and forecast bugs before the product produced.

in short words.
the first, i will read the user requirement for details and draw up the use case chart.
2nd.i will ask the developer about the development platfrom.
3rd.for now on. I have knew the User requirment and techniche artiche to define the test scope. design the testcase in a intergrating tool. for example:testdirector
4th.Prepare the test env. Divide the test project according to the testers's ability.
5th.excute test when the beta software is ready.record the test result in the testdirector.
6th.generator the test report after the current test cycle is over.

29 How do you perform regression testing?
In most conditions,i will try to finish the regression testing by antomated testing,use some testing tools,because it will improve the testing efficiency,to be detailed,i will execute all the testcases which found bugs before through Automated testing to see whether the bugs have been reworked.Then i will execute another testcases to check whether the reworked modules have impacted other modules.
30 At what stage of the life cycle does testing begin in your opinion?
To be an excellent testing engineer, i think the testing activities should be started as earlier as possible.For example,wo can begin to do our ST plan when the SRS has been finished by the developers.Because every testing activities has its own references related with development documents according to the V model.
31 How do you analyze your test results? What metrics do you try to provide?
Maybe i will make a testing report after i have completed testings in order to summarize my testing outcome.Such as to find my testing efficiency and how many bugs have i found according to the criterion.And i also will make a defect list to record all the defects I have found in the testing process.And u can also use some defects management tools such as Mercury QC or bugzilla.Because the defect track is very important to the testing.

32 Realising you won’t be able to test everything - how do you decide what to test first?
It just depends on the priority of your testcases.For example,when u do a functional testing, u can divide your testcases into many parts according to their priority.That means u should first test the most important function in the system.U can also called it to be smoke testing.If the time is enough, u should also test other function which are not the main function in order to satisfy the requirement coverage.
33 Where do you get your expected results?
Generally speaking,every function expected result can be found in the SRS.I think the expected results just mean that if u give the system a correct input the system will also return u a correct output.This process will finish a function of the system.So before u design your testcase,u should read the SRS carefully.Then u can use the effective equivalence class methods to run the testcases to compare expected results with the practical results.
