职位名称：Senior JAVA QA
Requirements:
1、Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable university
2、3+ years of industry experience
3、Hands-on experience shipping production software in one of the following areas: web product, distributed systems, database management, data warehousing and cloud management system.
4、Strong expertise in all areas of QA, including test case design, automation, white / gray-box testing
5、Solid skills in testing Java products
6、Experience with agile development process
7、Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English. Comfortable working with US colleagues
8、Comfortable working in the Linux environment
Responsibilities:
1、To design, develop, execute and maintain test code
2、To work in the agile scrum team to cooperate closely with other SW developers to contribute to the mobile phone development activities.
3、Develop, deploy and maintain the automatic test execution framework
4、Execute the CI testing on daily and weekly basis
5、Investigate and analyze the test results to find out the root causes of the failures
6、Raise the SW errors to Error Mgt system and follow up the error fixing progress
7、Verify the fixed errors in the current code base
8、Cooperate with SW developers for technical research and investigation
9、Contribute to the continues Quality improvement activities
Qualifications:
1、BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
2、Minimum 3+ years of working years in software development or test automation
3、Proficient in C or Java programming
4、Experience of development under Linux / Unix environment
5、Hands-on experience in test harness tool development is a great plus (Python, Ruby or Perl)
6、Hands-on experience in Unit testing development is a great plus (C or Java)
7、Familiar with code version control system
8、Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
9、Capability of mastering Tracing tool & Memory leak detection tool e.g. Purify
10、lTDD (Test Driven Development) understanding is a plus
11、Understand the SW product lifecycle and QA test methodologies
12、Proven skills of test case design
13、Passionate about quality and software testing
14、Experience of working in an Agile organization is a great plus
15、Effective written & verbal communication skills in English
