职位二：QTP Testing Manager

Key Responsibilities and Accountability:
1. Lead, build and manage a test automation project team
2. Coach and mentor team members
3. Estimate testing efforts and task assignment to test team members
4. Prepare test strategy, test plan
5. Interface with customer and other project stakeholders, and manage customer expectations
6. Design a strong and flexible QTP automation framework to reduce QTP script development and maintenance effort.
7. Analyse project requirement and design automation regression test cases to improve the QTP script reusability and reduce the QTP script maintenance effort.
8. Define QTP script development standard, guideline
9. Develop and review and QTP script
10. Actively observe deadlines and deliver good project results on time within budget;
11. Regular report project status and escalate project risks and issues
Qualifications required:
1.Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent or above;
2.5+ years of experience in software testing, with minimum 3 years in QTP automation test project experience
3.Strong test project management skills
4.Good knowledge on software testing methodology and process
5.Strong communication skill, good listening skill, good presentation skill;
6.Strong capability on QTP design and implementation
7.Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
8.CSTE certification is preferred
