工作内容
1、 Preparation, execution and documentation of test case and test scripts, based on requirements documentation
2、 Globalization testing, functional and UI testing, based on the assignment from leader.
3、 Analyzing, reproducing and reporting product defects, and bug verification and validation
4、 Create & design technical document and related product materials
职位要求
1、 High self-motivation to test in a professional and structured way.
2、 Excellent ability to describe issues clearly, and identify real issues from non-issues
3、 Deep understanding for Windows platform and experience for Win2K3 Win2k8 etc; familar with windows related service, e.g. Active directory, IIS DHCP,DNS, CA, have experience for popular SQL server, e.g. MS SQL, DB2 Oracle; Linux and Mac OS is plus
4、 Good knowledge with network, experience for network device testing is plus
5、 Excellent ability and motivation for issue troubleshooting,
6、Experience in defects tracking system and test case design
7、 Excellent in written English, good verbal English is plus
8、 Understand and familiar with testing process and bug management process
9、 2+ years experience in software testing and understanding Globalizaiton testing and having related experience is plus

• Good communication, documentation and organizational skills required.
• Strong self-starter with attention to detail.
• Read and understand the product specification and document.
• Participating in design test case meetings and brain storming sessions.
• Design and create test cases
• Execute I18N testing and bug reporting & tracking
Required Skills:
• B.S. in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 1+ years of experience in functionality and I18N, L10N software testing, especially in I18N testing
• Good understanding of QA process and software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of networking technology, strong familiarity with TCP/IP protocol suites.
• Experience with operating system fundamentals, administration knowledge of UNIX/Linux/Mac and Windows.
• Experience with QA tools like bug tracking systems (such as Mantis or Bugzilla) and test case tracking tools (such as Testlink).
• Good oral and written English skills, CET-4 or above is a must.
• Experience in virtualization thechnology e.g. VMware Product will be a plus
