标题: QC 打开登陆页面，组件加载失败 [打印本页]

标题: QC 打开登陆页面，组件加载失败
安装好了QC10.0，打开浏览器输入QC地址。
点击QUALITY CENTER 后，会下载一些插件。

同事机器win7+IE8，在公司的域里边，帐户权限相当于管理员身份。
访问http://qc:8099/qcbin/start_a.htm页面时加载组件不成功，出现以下错误信息：

Following client components were not downloaded successfully:
1 . ExtensibilityAPI.dll :
(Error 5) 拒绝访问。
Failed to open file for writing

2 . TdComandProtocol.exe :
(Error 5) 拒绝访问。
Failed to open file for writing

3 . Free_MSR_Player.exe :
(Error 5) 拒绝访问。
Failed to open file for writing

4 . QTGrid.dll :
(Error 5) 拒绝访问。
Failed to open file for writing

5 . ArgsEditor.dll :
(Error 5) 拒绝访问。
Failed to open file for writing

请问这样要如何解决？？

权限不够，以管理员运行qc

1.重新加载
2.权限不够
3.不支持IE8
4.清理插件
