Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1. Work both within a team and independently on assigned tasks and projects of diverse scope and complexity.
2. Able to research/study English/Chinese publications/journals and bring state-of-art technologies into our server, design and implement solutions/features that keep our industrial lead position in related field.
3. Able to work with complex, large scale server system. Learning and further developing existing modules and systems. Develop expertise in assigned field in relative short time.
4. Good in communications, write internal/external Documentation and white Papers for new feature/solutions developed.
5. Develop and maintain existing features and software components. Work With sustaining and tech support team and provide expertise to quickly solve Problem raise in field or internal testing.
6. Work with team and junior engineer, Lead a competitive small software Development group and demonstrate your leadership in both technology and product innovation
Qualification:
BS/BSCS & 3-5 years or MS/MSCS & 2-4 years of System Software development.
Skills:
1. Strong software system design and development skills, experience in System programming.
2. Expert knowledge in coding and debugging C, C++ code. Experience in large scale server development is a plus.
3. Strong experience in object oriented programming and design is a must.
4. Solid computer science knowledge, very familiar with basic data structures concepts and algorithms.
5. Experience of Windows and LINUX required
6. Experience of Unix, such as Solaris, HP and IBM a plus Experience of developing distributed systems, cluster system, a plus
7. Good communication skill, able to communicate clearly in English both on Paper and orally.
