Responsibilities
·Draft/revise policies, processes and plans, and ensure their review, approval and implementation.
·Plan, schedule and perform complete and detailed reviews/audits of processes and activities
·Implement CMM & RUP process model
·Develop the quality assurance requirements and strategies for project development teams
Requirements
·3+ years technical experience performing full life-cycle software quality assurance
·An expert understanding of the software development life cycle and a strong working knowledge of client/server applications
·Knowledge of quality assurance processes and practices. CMM or RUP experience preferred
·Ability to draft/revise policies, processes and plans and ensure review, approval and implementation
·Process model implementation (CMM, ISO-9001:2000, etc.)
·Outstanding writing skills (in both Chinese and English)
·Bachelor degree in related field.
