Control various of technical abilities that the software test need mastered, acquaint with the development work and variety of programming language, have thorough understanding to the media profession.Having deep passion in the software testing profession, hopes to adding brick and tile for China’s testing profession .
Software testing:
1、acquainted with each stage of the software life cycle, controlledled the waterfalls model in the development of software, understand the spiral model,the RUP process and IPD process.
2、have thorough understanding to the software quality, acquaint with the CMM quality model.
3、controlledled the black box and white box testing method.
4、acquaint with the software testing process and the stage of it, controlledled each testing stage that have to in testing activity.
5、controlled the purpose of the unit testinging and the keypoint that have to pay attention to in unit testinging, the development of driving and stake, and the unit testinging strategy!
6、controlled the purpose of the integration testinging and the keypoint that have to pay attention to in integration testinging, and the integration testinging strategy!
7、controlled the object of the system testing and the test of the familiar testing type.
8、controlled the meaning and its calculation of various logic coverage rate.
9、have deep understanding to the thought of testing management, acquaint with the process of the judgement of craft brother.
10、understanding the conception of the configuration management, controlleded each activity of the configuration management, can use the configuration tool such as CVS,VSS etc. to carry on the simple configuration management.
11、understanding the importance of the track of the requirement, can use the related tool to execute the track of the requirement.
12、controlleded the basic process of the track of Bug, can fill in the Bug report list.
13、controlled the writing point of the requirement specification manual, can participate in the judgement of requirement.
14、controlled the writing point of various testing text file(include system,integration,the unit testing plan and project), can write the primary text file.
15、can use various of method (including equipollence species,the boundary value,cause and effect diagram,procedure flow chart,state transfer diagram etc.) to designed the system testing case.

1、can build generally testing terrace, familiar with the linux operate system and the SQL servers 2000 and network knowledge.
2、control the development language such as VC , VC++, VB etc. .
3、control the delphi development environment, acquaint with the pascal and JAVA development language.
