标题: QTP遭遇 Internet Explorer has stopped working

环境：
windows7,IE8,QTP10,

企图把 “预览结果”的subwindow 关闭时总是提示出错：

[Window Title]
Internet Explorer

[Main Instruction]
Internet Explorer has stopped working

[Content]
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

[Debug] [Close program]
手动执行该步骤时也有同样的现象，但是关闭QTP后测试系统却表现正常。大家有碰到过类似的情况吗？怎样解决呢？谢谢。

把IE的安全设置为：enable protected mode已经试过不能解决该问题。

而在关闭QTP的情况下，再执行上述动作，则不会有该现象。

换了一台机器，环境基本一致（除Windows7改为中文版外），则没有此现象。可能是机器环境问题导致的。

过了两天，问题终于偶然解决了：可能是跟浏览器的插件有关，把迅雷的插件disable掉就没有该现象了。

测试的环境，越简单越好。

不要装一堆没有用的Add-in。
