Main Accountability:
Work with Development, Support, Business Analyst and User teams to ensure quality assurance process and best practices are being executed Efficiently and Effectively:
· Understand system business and architecture
· Analyze and verify business and system requirements
· Design test plan and test cases
· Execute test cases
· Follow up defects and issues
· Manage priority and risks
· Update QA log and reports
· Improve QA process
Hard Skill requirement:
· Computer Science or related degree
· Written and Spoken English
· Software testing technique and experience
· Software Quality Assurance knowledge and experience
· Automation testing knowledge, QTP, WinRunner, any other.
· Basic Programming skill: XML, Java, .Net, Web Service, Message Queue, Relationship Data Base and SQL script

Candidate with lower qualification may be considered as Assistant Technical Engineer.
