Activities will include:
• Communicate with customers and peers using English.
• Reviewing requirements/specifications and creating test scripts/use cases
• Performing tests based on the scripts/use cases
• Ability to troubleshoot problems to determine if they are an application defect or caused by environment, data, etc..
• Logging defects where applicable and managing the defect to closure/resolution
• Responsible for requirements learning, analysis and test planning.
• Responsible for designing test cases/automation scripts and perform the execution
• Perform different kinds of testing, integration, system, regression, compatibility and performance testing, etc.
• Suggest methods for improving quality and efficiency including cost reduction and quicker delivery with quality.

Job Requirements & Skills Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor/Master Degree
2. Good listening, written, verbal English
3. 3+ years experience in software testing or development
4. Ability to participate in a team oriented fast paced environment with ability to adapt quickly to changes/challenges
5. Working knowledge of testing WebLogic applications, Adobe platform and Oracle Databases etc.
6. Experience developing test result metrics and reporting them.
7. Experience in SQL database querying is a plus.
8. Mercury QC/QTP experience is a plus. C#(or Java/.net) experience is a plus

Job Description This position is responsible for functional regression (automation) testing for projects. You will work with other team members to follow effective processes and best practices for QA testing and supporting. You will need to have excellent communication skills and outstanding test engineering skills to deliver high quality output of the projects assign to you. The projects cover variety of environments (J2EE and .Net) across a wide variety of operating systems (windows and Linux) and hardware platforms.

Job Requirements & Skills Required Qualifications

Job Description Responsible for HPIT internal applications (Web, SAP) performance testing (load/stress/capacity/failover), which including test strategy design, scripting using LoadRunner, result analysis and reporting
Work directly with American/EMEA people to deliver all testing related deliverables (strategy, scripts, test, report..)
Communicate all test activities with team members and customers individually in day to day activity and conference meeting
Strong commitment to execute the plan, deliver quality results on schedule and achieve testing goals

Job Requirements & Skills Required Qualifications

1. 1+ years of experience working on either software development or performance testing and diagnostics
2. Understand the manual & automated testing life cycle
3. Experience in delivering various kinds of performance test deliverables independently (test strategy, test case, test script, test report)
4. Have consolidated knowledge and on hands experience on at least one of the performance testing tools: LoadRunner, SilkPerformer, OpenSTA, JMeter, Rational Performance Tester, etc.
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills to handle more than one testing project in parallel and host meeting with customers to present the testing
6. Good programming skills in C or Java under windows and UNIX
7. Familiar with communication protocols (TCP, HTTP, Socket, FTP, etc.)
8. Good team work spirit and team player
9. Be a quick learner
