TITLE : Quality & Implementation Manager
This position is also leading the QI team to improve Customer Service Operation.
Deliverables/ Scope:
Responsible for the management and functional fulfilment of CS Operations Integration
Develop business requirements and functional specifications for projects
Coordinate the technical development effort and operational implementation process through launches
Ensure the successful transition of completed projects to ongoing management
Work across the CS in a global wise environment
Lead process-improvement efforts and manage the implementation of both business processes and technical solutions
Evaluate and implement opportunities for improving project/s time-line, accuracy to business requirement, and cost
Manage the quality assurance program of the CS department, this includes set and develop quality team goals and standards & supervise, develop and coach QA staff
Identify quality issues and collaborate with operations and training to identify opportunities to improve service delivery and increase quality levels and/or scores
Calibrate internal QA standards and tools within customer expectations
