● Over 3 years experience in Software Quality Assurance with focus on web applications.
● Hands-on experience with creation and execution of test strategies, test plan, test cases and test procedures. Hands-on experience with test report creation and management.
● Experience with the bug tracking systems, Hands-on experience with use of defect tracking tools.
● Experience with automated testing tools.
● Assertive individual who knows test process and how to help drive test process and software development process maturity and able to clearly communicate goals, decisions and recommendations to appropriate parties.
● Experience with projects with international top companies a plus.
● Java, JSP a plus
