1. Knowing software’s lifecycle , the organization and process of software testing and relevant knowledge.
2. Familiar with designing and executing software testing including system testing, integration testing, unit testing.
3. Having the comprehension of the method of the testing on the base of B/S and C/S、testing of function、testing of local 、testing of deployment and compatibility、testing of GUI.
4. Mastering The method and the rule of writing for the plan of software systematic testing、plan of integrated testing、plan of testing、plan of testing、daily report of testing、report of testing.
5. Having the relative knowledge about the management of software requested、management of shortcomings、management of configuration and formal checking.
6. Could effectively review and verify the developing documents as methodology for software sequirement specification , software abstract design and detail design etc.
7. Being familiar with CppUnit、TCL、Ratioanl Robot、MI WinRunner、MI LoadRunner、Testdirector and the usual tools of configuration management, such as VSS，CVS etc.
Computer ability:
1. Programming Language: Master C, VB, C++, JAVA etc.
2. Database： Understand SQL Commands, and operating database like SQL Serve2000.
3. Network：Understand network knowledge and TCP/IP communications.
