1. Master the life cycle of software testing, CMM architecture and software quality model.
2. Master the writing methods of testing plan, testing scheme, testing case and testing report.
3. Master the unit testing, integration testing, system testing case design and testing perform.
4. Master the testing methods of white-box testing and black-box testing, static testing and dynamic testing.
5. Master the testing methods of function testing, performance testing, configuration testing, GUI testing and web testing.
6. Master the related knowledge of peer review, demand management, defect management and configuration management.
7. Mastery of functional testing tools <WinRunner>, performance testing tools <LoadRunner> and Rational Robot etc, be familiar with configuration management tools <CVS>, software testing management tools <Mercury Quality Center, TestDirector>.
8. Be familiar with Web test and Test automation. Familiar with TCL(test script), having the ability to construct the test environment for integration test and unit test.
 Acquaint with Windows system, have a good command of general commands and application of remote management in Linux system.
 Be familiar with SQL language, know about SQL Server, Oracle and the principle of DataBase.
 Be familiar with Language C, knowledge of C++ and Java.
