 软件测试：
 对软件测试用例设计方法及其写作规范比较熟悉，包括了单元测试、集成测试、系统测试用例设计；
 软件测试各种测试文档的编写包括：测试计划、测试方案、测试日报、和测试报告；
 熟悉基于B/S、C/S架构的功能测试、性能测试、本地化测试、配置和兼容性测试、以及GUI测试方法；
 掌握软件测试需求管理、缺陷管理、配置管理和同行评审的流程与方法；
 会使用常用测试工具，如：CppUnit、TCL、Rational Purify、Rational PureCoverage、Ratioanl Rebot、MI WinRunner、MI LoadRunner和常用的配置管理工具如：WINCVS。
 操作系统：熟悉微软操作系统Windows系列，了解LUNIX。
 编程语言：熟悉C，C++
 数据库:了解数据库原理，掌握的数据库工具SQL SERVER2000。
自我评价
在大学期间努力学习本专业的基础知识，学习成绩较好，形成了比较好的自学能力。为人责任感强，做事认真负责，对于交付的工作会尽一切努力去完成。善于与人相处交往，团队观念强，非常注重团队协作，协调能力也不错。
曾在复旦大学辅修过一个学期新闻学的基本课程，对于新闻学的基础知识有一定程度的了解。
