JOB SUMMARY
-Provide supports to customer on supported applications which depends on the SLA. Troubleshoot computer problems and advice on appropriate actions. Complete application project-based work.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Answer customer questions in person and via phone on those supported applications.
-Troubleshoot computer problems.
-Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.).
-Advise customer on appropriate action.
-Provide recommendations on company application purchases.
-Document resolutions for future reference.
-2nd level technical support, such as remote service by RDP.
-Onsite support might be needed as customer required.
-Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
-Computing related skills, e.g. PC troubleshooting, windows products, etc.
-Communication and customer service skill
-Capability of English skill;
-Team player
