•Candidate must have a strong testing experience of 5-9 years in ERP testing and deployment
•SAP domain knowledge in: SAP ECC (MM, SD, PP, DL & WM), SAP SCM, SAP SRM, SAP CRM
•Experience with JAVA, performance tuning and automation of ERP system are preferred
•Responsible for manual test cases creation/automating test cases including developing test scripts and documentation, maintenance and execution
•Familiar with the business process of specific enterprise domains and modules.

Experience eligibility:
Should have a total experience of more than 14 years as on 31st March 2010. Should have handled a portfolio of 125 People with multiple projects or handled a large portfolio of 200 people or handled a portfolio of $ 5 to 10
Role responsibilities:
Lead large proposals (> 2M USD), provide guidance, review (mainly Solution, Estimation, Financial modeling, Project Plan and Risks), and give approvals on the system
Review and ensure correctness of estimates for all projects
Provide final executive sign off on all the estimates for new projects (in CIMBA) as well as for ongoing projects (in PBS)
Review the project level resource plan, consolidate and prepare resource plan for the DU including people, space, infrastructure and liaison with required groups to fulfill the DU resource
Requirements :
Define the quality goals for the DU, review project level data and take corrective action so as to comply with the DU level quality goals for all projects within the DU
Do regular risk assessment of projects and undertake mitigation planning
Review of potential/high risk projects and provide governance of complex engagements
Review the scope, schedule, estimation, quality goals, risk plan and resource plan
Provide delivery governance and be the escalation point for all project issues
Do regular review & sign off of project on milestone/metrics reports to track the project performance against goals and take corrective measures if required
Review all phases of the project on a regular basis and suggest corrective actions
Understand aspirations of employees & work with employees on their career path
Plan for and mentor employees on their competency development
Implement performance management as per organizational guidelines
Mentor the team and participate in the recruitment activities
Track utilization and bench management and provide best estimates
Track open resource requirements and comply to all OEI parameters for all projects in the portfolio
