-Innovation driving forward for company's testing skill and process
-Assuring team members' working enthusiasm and stability;
-In charge of a 15-20 persons testing team,constructing it to be a testing expert team with high efficiency.
Requirement:
-Bachelor Degree or above, fluent in oral English;
-Strong quality minded, be able to discover quality problem creatively during software lifecycle;
-Be capable of constituting testing strategy, plan and method independently;
-Be familiar with kinds of testing skill (testing scenario design, knowledge of automated testing & performance testing skill and tool(QTP, Robot, LoadRunner) required);
-Good collaboration-cooperation spirit and team management experience, three years working experience of testing development and management or above;
-With extreme risk prediction, analysis and control capability;
-With strong and charismatic leadership.
