a. Define and maintain a risk based testing framework
b. Determine test scope and coverage based on functions delivered
c. Review test execution progress and identify opportunities for improvement
d. Design test cases to verify delivered functions
e. Manage test case development
f. Build a centrally managed test artifacts repository for certifying of core banking products
g. Supervise and Train testers on test execution procedures
h. Manage test execution through 3rd ** service vendors
i. Manage Software Configuration Management operations
j. Experience in design and execute retail banking application QA testing for application such as Internet, intranet, Credit card (V+ ) and core banking systems
