Position responsibilities
1. Build and lead a project team to complete testing for specific requirements of each client.
2. Responsible for quality control, process control and test knowledge management.
3. Test project estimation, planning and execution.
4. Participate detailed testing job like test case design and execution.
5. Implement testing best practices, including Test Automation, Black Box Testing, Code Review and Analysis
Position requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science department or related.
2. Minimum 4 years' experience in software test and minimum 2 year experience in test project management.
3. Expert in software testing related technique, process and management.
4. Strong skills on sql and DBMS.
5. Strong skills on multiple test tools like WebLoad, LoadRunner, etc.
6. Strong theoretical knowledge of best practices in testing and testing methodology.
7. Strong skill on communication and coordination.
8. Clear and comprehensive thinking, considerate, patient, team work skill and excellent problem solving ability.
9. Excellent written English. Good spoken English is a plus.
