Software testing:
Be familiar with Software testing SVVP model. Experienced in designing testing case of ST, IT, UT by different strategy.
Be skilled in executing test case, and hand in standard defect report, daily report, and test report.
Know how to design test plan and test scheme, know the emphases of the test plan and test scheme.
Know Peer Review, Configuration Management, Defect Management, and Requirement Management in software test management. Know the common Configuration Management such as CVS.
Be familiar with test tools of following: Rational Robot, Mercury LoadRunner, Mercury WinRunner, QTP.And can establish the IT environment in TCL.
Know Software Quality Model, Management System (CMM, 6-Sigma).
Development language: Language C/++,Visual C++ 6.0
Operation system: Be familiar with Windows systems, have a knowledge of Linux.
Database: Be familiar with Microsoft SQL Server .
