1.At least 8 years working experience.
2.Programming background in two or more of the following: C#, C++, .NET, VB, Java, SQL, XML. Web service develop experience.
3.Familiar with common test tools, VSTS/QTP/LoadRunner/Jmeter.
4.Good communication skill in English.
