Windows Phone 7 team has about 6-7 years’ history, and the project will keep forward with Windows Phone’s development。目前招聘职位为本地化手工测试工程师，工作内容为在Windows Phone平台运用测试工具录制测试用例并运行测试用例，运用测试工具检查图片并且发现产品缺陷，写缺陷报告及测试结果报告；同时还要测试Windows Phone相关的桌面软件和网页；以及一些research的工作；同时还会要求撰写测试用例；撰写项目组总结性文档；以及给新人培训；主要运用CEPC，PB，WTT等工具；

Qualifications:
1.    At least 4 years’ experience on C# programming skills related with Socket Programing and Web Services;

主要工作是数据（文本和语音数据）的处理，用微软提供的一套语音识别模型训练工具训练语音识别模型，在此过程中，需要程序开发一些工具来辅助工作，开发工作量大概占20%-30%左右。还有部分工作是在此过程中的程序debug以及后期的一些模型性能的测试和tuning工作，因此需要学习和接受新事物的能力较强，具有做事细致和耐心的品质，当然程序开发基础和外语能力是必须的。

注意一下这几点：
1. 有意愿从事Speech组的相关工作（主要工作内容是以非程序开发为主）；
2. 较好的英语沟通能力，读写能力必须要好，听说能力好的话更佳；
3. 项目组用的是C3，候选人愿意即可。所以C++/C#的人员均可以

The Infrastructure Architect is responsible for creating viable infrastructure solutions that

This role occurs at Professional Development Step C, D and E.

Role Context

In general, IT architects have a responsibility for ensuring the completeness (fitness-for-purpose) of the architecture, in terms of adequately addressing all the pertinent concerns of its stakeholders. Understand and interpret requirements - listen to information, influence people, facilitate consensus building, synthesize and translate ideas into actionable requirements, articulate those ideas to others.

The Infrastructure Architect participates in the discovery and documentation of the customer's business scenarios that are driving the solution. Ensures integrity of the architecture, in terms of connecting various views to each other, satisfactorily reconciling the conflicting concerns of different stakeholders, and showing the trade-offs made in so doing (as between security and performance, for example).

Responsibilities and Powers

Key responsibilities
• Responsible for that the IT infrastructure solution fulfills the agreed functionality and quality requirements given by the customer and in alignment with business policies and standards i.e. the enterprise architecture.
• Responsible to identify influencing factors for the infrastructure solution(e.g. security, integration, network availability requirements)
• Responsible to create an architectural description including reasons for architectural decisions and considerations
• Responsible to ensure that the solution supports the business policies, strategy and stakeholders concerns.
• Responsible to secure the production environment and ensure that the solution is reusable, standardized and efficient.
• Responsible to describe and document the infrastructure architectural solution.
• Responsible for communicating the infrastructure solution including constraints and tradeoffs to concerned stakeholders.
• Responsible for ensuring that the implemented solution complies with given specifications and customer quality requirements.

• Authorised to make decisions which fall within the tasks / boundaries defined in the assignment.
• Authorized to suggest alternative solutions and point out deficiencies related to quality requirements in projects to project managers as and when necessary.

Good experiences in WCF/Web services, experience in Web Client Software Factory is a plus.
Holding MCSD / MCPD certificates is a plus.
Proved documentation skills including system specification, training material, user manuals, etc., good sense on knowledge management.
Good communications skills and the ability to work well with people with diverse culture background.

-负责爬虫spider\页面评估（两个方向各招一个）相关的核心技术研究和开发

-设计各种策略和算法，提升spider\页面评估的效果

-分析相关的技术缺陷，做出合理地调整或改进

-负责系统的升级改进

职位要求：

-热爱互联网，对搜索技术、探索未知领域有浓厚的兴趣

-优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情

-对数据结构和算法设计有较为深刻的理解

-具有良好的沟通能力，和良好的团队合作精神

-搜索相关领域如网页抓取、解析/数据挖掘/分析等工作经验、多语言研发经验优先

测试工程师

工作职责：

- 利用现有测试工具，组织和实施测试，撰写测试报告改善评测方法和流程，提高评测效果和效率要求

职位要求：

- 对测试有兴趣，有发现问题的欲望；

- 对linux及相应的开源工具比较熟悉，可以编写脚本；

- 逻辑性很强，善于从纷乱的环境中发现关键问题；

- 有一定编程基础
