2.4年以上工作经验，要求包含JAVA、Oracle、Weblogic开发经验
3.对面向对象开发有很好的理解
4.有很好的UI（用户界面）设计和开发能力包括：HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML等
5.对软件生命周期有很好的了解
6.***有保险行业背景的优先

Education Knowledge & Experience
1.Job requires a college degree above or equivalent.
2.2－4 years experience in Java、Weblogic、Oracle
3.Good understanding of Object Oriented concepts, design patterns
4.Good UI development skills. Knowledge of client side Web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML etc.
5.Participation in full development life cycle of product/application development(analyze, coding, bug-fixing & unit test)
6.***Insurance Background is a big plus
