- A minimum of 3.5 years software testing experience working with commercially driven web-based applications and websites
- Strong test analysis skills
- 3.5 years functional test case development
- 2 years defect management
- 2 years test reporting skills
- 2 years level test plan development

- Experience of service based testing
- Able to develop suitable test processes to manage both a team of testers and client expectations
- Good understanding of structured testing and test methodologies
- Experience of managing exploratory testing in a use case driven environment

- Experience developing automated middle tier tests and automated test tools such as NUnit and soapUI

2、BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, and related fields;
3、Skilled with testing technologies;skilled with various testing tools good at test design, test pattern, testing project track and control;
4、Excellent Leadership talent communication ability and problem solving skills; have strong team spirit,highly responsible and quality oriented;
5、Customer focused and able to work under high pressure;
6、Fluency in English;
