• Mastery of standard software testing process and method, solid knowledge of software testing. Grasp of requirement of different phases in software testing. Familiar with the definition of software quality, management system, quality model and quality activity.
• Mastery of the methods and skills in software testing case designing, including unit testing, integrated testing and system testing.
• Able to independently finish the entire process of software testing, including test plan, test case and test report.
• Familiar with the method and procedure of software requirement management, defect management, configuration management and peer review, and able to apply into daily work.
• Familiar with various testing methods based on B/S and C/S architecture, including function test, performance test, localization test, configuration and compatibility test, GUI test.
• Mastery of the following testing tools: CppUnit、TCL、Ratioanl Robot、MI WinRunner、MI LoadRunner、Testdirector and the usual tools of configuration management, such as VSS，CVS etc.
Programming Language:
