2.熟悉黑盒测试和白盒测试常用的方法，熟练运用Robot、WinRunner等功能测试工具以及LoadRunner等性能测试工具。
3.有一定的软件测试管理经验，能够熟练运用配置管理工具CVS、VSS等；熟悉软件缺陷跟踪的一般流程，熟练运用缺陷管理工具Mercury Quality Center 以及 Bugzilla、Rational ClearQuest等。
