System Verification & Validation Engineer

Requirement:
1. Good understanding of wireless communications, particularly GSM.
2. Experience in GSM BSS or OSS development or testing.
3. Experience in C/Perl Script/Java.
4. First hand experience on developing/testing BSS or OSS is very preferred.
5. Good English command.
