General Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for the people who are bright, energetic and dedicated to work with us in a global recruitment team. The person will work closely with the Team Leader in implementing the company’s recruitment activities to deliver high standard recruitment services to meet our clients’ need.
Reporting to: Recruitment Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding business resource plan and recruiting requirements
- Defining target recruitment group and appropriate sourcing channels
- Collecting and screening CVs
- Conducting first round interviews and nominating suitable short-list candidates to line managers.
- Advising management team on recruitment guideline (discuss about the suitability of candidates and provide HR professional suggestion).
- Salary and other benefit situation negotiation with candidate.
- Keep files of potential candidates in pipeline for long term back up.
- Helping leader to do Vendor Management for both recruiting supplier.
- Assist Team leader to deal with the paper work and routine work professionally
Requirements:
Required:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Excellent command of language kills both in English and Chinese is a must as you will be working in a multinational team
- Over 2 years recruitment experience in the software/IT Industry- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Strong negotiation skill is a must
- Proactive working style and good team player
- Able to work under pressure
Preferred:
- Strong network with recruitment agents and universities
- Experience of study or work abroad
- Headhunter experience
- IT related education background

Job Description：
DEGREE: BS/MS in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent,
SKILL: Fluent English, QA of Web applications architecture, unit testing and static analysis, Linux, java, web service, automated test tools ,distributed system and database
Primary Responsibilities Include:
l Write and execute test plans based on high level requirements.
l Work with engineering staff to develop efficient manual and automated test cases.
l Evaluate current or emerging technologies to improve quality services in consideration of cost, efficiency, or usability factors
l Design and implement test harness for complex and often distributed components
l Track progress and report on test coverage
Qualifications：
l Strong desire to be part of a world class team, sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
l 2+ years experience in large scale and/or Internet/Web-based software development;
l Fluency in best practices regarding QA of Web Oriented and Internet Scale Web applications architecture and design.
l Ability to work well with people and be both highly motivated and motivating.
l Strong familiarity with OOP, Java and agile development methodologies.
l Hands-on experience with installation and administration of Linux
l Hands-on experience with automated test tools (e.g. HP/Mercury LoadRunner, QC, QTP);
l Working knowledge of SOAP and RESTful style web services.
