4、掌握软件测试各阶段的计划、方案、日志、报告的写作方法；
5、熟悉B/S、C/S架构下功能测试、性能测试、压力测试、GUI测试；
6、能够使用TCL脚本语言或者CppUnit搭建测试环境；
7、掌握自动化测试工具：Rational Robot、QTP、LoadRunner。

编程语言：
熟悉ANSI C++、TCL脚本语言，理解面向对象技术，了解C++ STL、VC++ MFC。
操作系统：
熟悉Windows系列操作系统，了解FreeBSD、Linux。
数据库：
熟悉SQL Server以及SQL语句。
