2.熟悉单元测试、集成测试和系统测试各阶段的目标和内容，擅于制定各阶段的测试计划、测试方案，设计测试用例，编写测试报告等文档的规范写作；熟悉白盒测试和黑盒测试；
3.掌握软件需求管理、配置管理、缺陷管理及同行评审的流程和方法并且能够运用到实际的工作情况中去；
4.熟悉基于B/S、C/S架构功能测试、性能测试、本地化测试、配置和兼容性测试、GUI测试方法,并能对测试结果进行有效的分析；
5.熟练掌握Robot、WinRunner、LoadRunner、CppUnit、PureCoverage、SQABasic等测试工具，并对自动化测试工具的结构及原理有所了解；掌握VSS、ClearCase、CVS等配置管理工具；
6.掌握软件开发生命周期中软件测试规范管理的全过程以及软件质量保证的控制活动；
7.掌握软件开发流程；对瀑布模型、V模型、W模型、H模型有深入的了解；对螺旋模型、RUP流程、IPD流程有一定的认识。

其他技能
1.熟悉C语言、VisualFoxpro、Access、VisualBasic编程及TCL脚本语言；
2.了解操作系统原理；熟悉SQL server数据库，能运用SQL语句进行基本操作；熟悉计算机网络原理，对网络结构、OSI模型、TCI/IP协议有所了解；
3.能运用Frontpage、Photoshop、3DAX等网页制作和多媒体制作软件。

1.Know well software testing flow, know every role and function.
2.Familiar with unit test, integration test and system test; Be good at making test plan, project, designing test case and writing test report. Know well white box testing and black box testing.
3.Having the relative knowledge about the management of sw requested、management of shortcomings、management of configuration and formal checking.
4.Know well base on B/S、C/S fabric’s function testing / capability testing / confect testing / replant testing / GUI testing method, analyze the testing report.
5.Be proficient in operate Robot / WinRunner / LoadRunner / CppUnit / PureCover / SQABasic testing tools and VSS / Clear Case / CVS tools.
6.Know well entirely test management process and software qualify assurance activities during software life circle.
7.Mastery of software development process. Know well model of waterfall, model of V, model of W, model of H, model of helix, RUP flow and IPD flow.

Others Skills
1.Can use C#, VFP, Access, VB some development tools
2.Know well OS elements, know well SQL server/SQL, know well network elements, know network structure / OSI / TCP/IP.
3.Familiar with the multimedia tools, such as Frontpage, Photoshop and 3 DAX, etc. and have  experience in making a webpage
